Yesterday, in the New York Times, there was a full-page ad for a Father's Day Sale. The ad features not an African-American father and son that might pass as Latino, but a dark black African-American father and son. Every time I see an ad like this (a lot more frequently since February), it makes me stop, smile and sigh.  I think to myself...finally.
